Ever since my first-year marketing communication at the [University] of [City], I was determined to find a job in customer service for technology companies because I have a natural affinity with electronics. Last mentioned is my current role that taught me how to both reach and exceed customer expectations for better customer experience. Back in 2020, I rolled out a new CRM system to allow for more personalized and customized service, of which I received recognition and was granted as employee of the year. Furthermore, at the university I chose extracurricular activities for improving several foreign languages. Now I am capable of making myself understandable in English, German and Spanish, both verbally and written.
